The Client
In 2017 The Holiday Inn Hotel in Brighton wanted to create something special, a piece of artwork that could be seen from the i360 observation tower, a statement that would put them on the map.
New opportunities are opening up to create artwork in previously hidden spaces due to the exciting growth in new technologies such as the rise of super-sized observation towers, drones and Google Earth.

Art+Believe have painted spaces in many countries, from the favelas of Brazil, to the barrios of Colombia, neighbourhoods of Buenos Aires and steps in Chile, to the rooftops of India.
They constantly challenge themselves about ‘where art is possible? They wanted to explore this direction in their hometown of Brighton, so when they heard The Holiday In Hotel we’re keen to work with them, they we’re ready to go.
At the heart of Art+Believe’s style are geometric lines, big colours, travel and adventure. The Sky Gallery combined all of this, highlighting their adventurous style of artwork, which is creatively, mentally and physically challenging.
The installation presented a unique space, with surfaces and angles allowing for horizontal and vertical applications of their artwork. A 1000 square metre rooftop mural on the top of an 18 story building, a project they relished and delivered to the highest standard.
Now a renowned piece of artwork in Brighton, you can view the mural aboard the i360 observation tower on Brighton seafront.

"Our fantastic piece of amazing roof art was the inspiration of Dan & Charlotte who are ART+BELIEVE. From the moment we first met them to discuss the project until now, months after finishing, they have been a joy to work alongside. If I could use ART+BELIEVE to paint the whole of our building, I would!" Debbie Priestley | General Manager | Holiday Inn Brighton-Seafront
